Local Pick Up Policy

LOCAL PICK UP

As a curtesy to our awesome customers, we offer Local pick up from our home workshop in Devon, Alberta for you to save on shipping costs.. Please be prepared to pick up your order promptly once it is completed. This cannot be stressed enough. We offer a grace period of 7 days from the date of your order completion email for you to pick up. Please keep an eye on your junk folder. We do not have the space to store your items safely for long periods of time.

If your order is not picked up within 1 week the following will occur

• Future orders may be refused.
• On the 8th day, you will receive a invoice from us with shipping cost. This will need to be paid within 24 hours of the invoice date.
• After the 10th day if we have not heard from you and the shipping invoice is not paid then your order will be cancelled and disposed of.
