How it works:
1. Select this enchanting ornament and customize it with the 5 most memorable events of your year plus a Defining Headline. ( for example "Ashley & Darryl's Wild Year " etc... Please keep it short and sweet. This should be the most noticeable shakable bubble in the ornament, if you make it too long then we will have to shrink it down to fit
2. Add the names or dates associated with each event to make it extra special. ** PLEASE SUMMERIZE EACH EVENT * Just keep in mind that there is not a whole lot of space inside the ornament. We will try to make your info fit but if we have to shrink a bunch of paragraphs down then its going to be hard to read.
3. Your choice of ornament color, White Wash or Natural Birch.

If you purchase this option or have the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping, you will receive a tracking number when your order dispatches and insurance up to $125 is included on your order. We package all orders with great care, but if an item does arrived damaged, please send pictures to info@littlerprairiecraftco.com and we will send you a new item or a refund.

All custom/ personalized items are final sale, no exceptions.(unless damaged in shipping)
All other items may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
ABOUT OUR SIGNS
All of our signs are made from birch, spruce, acrylic, and/or MDF.
Since we use real wood, knots, cracks, or imperfections may be visible . We make no effort to conceal these as we feel that it adds character to your one-of-a-kind piece.
No hanging hardware is included.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We are not able to accept custom orders other than the custom items listed in our online shop. If custom sign orders are available, the listing will be active.
LOCAL PICK UP
As a curtesy to our customers, we offer Local Pick Up from our retail store in Devon, Alberta. Unit 103- 3 Superior Street. Please be prepared to pick up your order promptly once it is completed. We offer a grace period of 7 days from the date of your order completion email for you to pick up. Please keep an eye on your junk folder. We do not have the space to store your items safely for long periods of time.
If your order is not picked up within 1 week the following will occur:
- Your order will be cancelled. For non-custom orders, you will be refunded the total of your order less a $10 storage fee. For custom orders, no refund will be provided.
- Future orders may be refused.
- On the 8th day, you will receive a invoice from us with shipping cost. This will need to be paid within 24 hours of the invoice date or your order is disposed of and our transaction will be completed
